For the mutual consented re/solution of the situation, following terms are to be applied if you are not satisfied with our product

We always try to send your product on best condition. But there are some possibilities of:

What happens if products received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item?

In case, you received damaged or wrong product, then please feel free to contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product.

It is advisable to pack all material as well as items itself. We will provide you 100% assistance about how to replace that product as soon as possible.

Correct products will be reached at your place as soon without any extra cost.

In case, we are unable to deliver product according to your order then you can select another item. This item will reach at your place without any shipping charges. We will soon communicate with you about your product and see that you are happy with your exchange.

You will get fully refund you, if you don’t want to an alternate product. Shipping payment will be from customers side.

Helpful guidelines regarding Returns

• It is advisable to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving your product.

• Don’t send back product without making call to us. Without any verification, do not send an item as you will not receive any kind of credit or replacement shall be given to you.

• Please report all major as well as minor problems at same time when product is to be delivered to you. Your return products will be examined by us properly and proper return will be given to you.

• Send your items through registered airmail / courier, so that you will always get proof of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges for sending items back or receiving them from India.

• Make sure that you return your products within 5 working days of confirmation in proper condition along with original packing. Include a copy of the invoice. Don’t use, wash, worn or changed product.

• Products which are sent will be verified by us and proper step should be taken to stop such problems from reoccurring.

• It is your duty to send your product in safe manner as it is your responsibility. We cannot aid you if package doesn't get delivered to us due to any problem. You have to select proper courier agency and also sent all track details with your items. Keep all airway bills with yourself.

• Free alterations & modifications will be done by us without to and fro shipping charges

• We can also send free replacement; in case we are fail to repair it. Shipping charges will bear by us only.

• You can select another product, if we are unable to replace it.

• Under any circumstances, you are unable to get refund.

• For changing an item, you have to ship back an item and after making some correction, we will send it to you without charging any extra cost. All shipping cost will bear by us only.

Shipping charges will be payable by customers while in some cases, cost of replacement also will be charged. We have sole discretion in making decision regarding returns on case to case basis depending on the merit of the case.

Partial-Refunds

• If you are ordering many products and we are unable to deliver one of them then we give you an option of select any alternative goods. If you don’t want to then you can promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods or services along with your shipping charges

Credit Issuals

Your credit will be posted in your account within 5 business days. Approximate 3 business days may be taken by the corresponding bank of the customers in order to post these to customer’s account. Amount of refund can be specified in customer’s next credit card statement.

Points to be remembered while accepting parcel from courier

• Please check quality and quantity of your products along with invoice before accepting your parcel, if it is damaged or tampered.

• Refuse to accept delivery in case of any discrepancy or you can accept delivery only after putting appropriate comment on the proof of delivery.

• You can also file complain at the local office of the courier agency so we can take proper step to pursue them.

Regarding Color & description-

• Details such as weight, color, handwork details, size, etc. are mentioned according to approximate values.

• We are trying our best in displaying an accurate color of actual product, but sometimes, due to minor variations have been seen due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography, etc.

• Customers have to understand that minor variations can be seen on a screen of the computer in the actual color of the outfit received
